Newbie - Mortgages the REAL deal

Hi all,

I'm a relatively new mortgage broker. Having worked in the industry all my life I decided it was high time I set out on my own.

I've worked for many lenders and seen some horrific stories of the way customers have been misled and used by the wrong sort of mortgage brokers in the past. Customers who could least afford it were being charged the most for something they often couldn't afford and were certainly not being helped improve their credit worthiness.

So I decided it was high time someone who knew the lenders inside out and could provide real ethical advice, Free of charge came on the scene. So here we are arriving right in the middle of a credit crunch not great planning on my part but it shows none of us know what is around the corner and we all need to concentrate ensuring our biggest asset and our biggest expense receive the best pssible attention.
