Probably a good point to bring up. The slight issue with it is that it's not 3 straight pages and then the rest as a template. There's lots of bits all over the document which will be tailored for each individual website. Each bit links into the next bit so it is very much still a personalized report, but with about 3 pages worth of content which needs to be changed for each site.

Could you do a report which reads like a risk assessment'?
