    George,

Thank you for posting that - a genuinely interesting overview of what Twitter can do for a business.

It's something that I've really been trying to get to grips with. So far, I've used it to generate a relatively small number of visitors to my website, but I've had the feeling that I've not been using my time very wisely. I think this video confirms that I could be doing a lot better!

I am not a big fan of social networks in my personal life. Had never used things like Facebook, Myspace, even though I work in IT. I have found Twitter to be by far the best.

Twitter is the quickest way to network with anyone on an issue.

No good for sales, no good for promotion, very good for networking.

I note you have a lammy on your business ID.

Interesting. You will get on with Indi/Los/Huggy...they are all Mods.

I have just been finishing a "Social Network Policy". Is this something people would be interested in reviewing?

    It includes: Twitter/Forums/Blog/Facebook/etc.

If is written in a positive tense, so it be quite good I suppose.
