    Thanks for the great advice.

    Isnt all marketing opportunistic? Anyhow, this is just one method to touch potential clients, i already have a advertorial in the local paper, A-Frame boards outside the unit, am prominent on 1st page google.

    Im also using the walk in letter approach to blueprint the companies. Im finding people more open to giving me a little info on their business that i cant get over the phone ( number of employees, current IT provider, even email of the person responsible ) so its a good use of my time even if the letter yeilds zero results.
