Great tips . Its important not to panic and think things through .
A well handled crisis can do wonders for your reputation but it better not to have one in the first place.
Communicate, communicate... This one's one of the biggest priorities that a business and consumer has been practicing to prevent misunderstandings and wrong information leading to issues, bad impressions and to crises which is not healthy in maintaining a good reputation in the business. In return, we should always be responsible of knowing the whole detail about our company so that we can easily provide solutions to their problems as well.
Really nice post. The bottom line is that if you start your business, you are bound to get in to trouble and face hard times. There are hardly few in life that sail in smooth waters. You must be mentally prepared to face these situations. If once you have a mind set and have the will to digg your way out of trouble then you will for sure succeed.
Informative Post.I'm also printing this out and sticking it in the office.
Great post!
some great tips here, whenever i look at crisis management or try to tell others about the importance of having good crisis management plans in place, i always bring up the Johnson and Johnson Tylenoll case study (a good one) and the Exxon Corp oil spillage case study (bad one). Great ways to explain what a huge difference crisis management can make.
