i like the word collectible - which obviously gives the impression of collecting them which means more sales per customer........
also i like sculptured as it sounds modern ....... luna flowers - sculptured collectibles.... i would imagine that would have good search possibilities....

See where you are going with that, but as the OP mentioned business premesises and weddings, the collectible side would only represent one part of the market. Thus less apt for a strapline?
If going for the collectible market, I would suggest limited runs (each numbered) and it clearly defined that only 'x' number of these will be made.
