    Default Google Base Any Good.?

Just put a few things up on google base.never tried it before.

Had 10 page views in a day,

So is it worthwhile from a marketing point of view.?

    And who uses it.?

The products can often appear in normal google searches, usually right at the top above the other organic search results.

So getting your products advertised for free above all the other results - who'd say no to that!

Of course, actually getting your product into that block of 3 is like trying to get your website onto the 1st page... seo all over again...

Our organic hits jumped up quite a bit when we first installed it. It really helps when people search for specific items and you get that top spot with your price next to it. If you're competitive enough, it's another click.

Easy to maintain once it's up and running too.

I have 320 products listed on Base, and ~85-90% of my traffic is coming from GBase

    One example is:

    http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=wir...i+express+card

I dont need to do any SEO work at all, I dont know how it works tbh...but it works for me..good for PageRank too??

    Hi Al

Khalid set up Google Base for me a while ago, it has bought a lot of sales through, been great.

I heard rumours a while a go that Google where going to scrap it, but nothing has happened as of yet.

Very good if your not hitting the top spots in SEO, but as you are should be evne better.
