how can i make it popular and successful. it's a combination of forum and video upload.

other than using SEO, reciprocal links, how can i get the word out there. we desperately need people to upload videos. how can we go about this?

Put your videos on other major video sites with links to your website (youtube for example). Get on the biggest social media for your theme and post there. To get people to interact with your forum go on forums relevant forums and post and intice people to start posting on your forum.
