Im doing a charity event later in the year and i need to start looking into designing sponsor forms, I was just wondering if anyone had a form that i could use and re-do to be my own.
A generic tamplate would be great, if not something that i can play around with and re-design to suit the application.
This may be a good thing to use as well as your manual forms. You can get people to donate online via this, so no problems/headaches with collecting money etc. http://www.justgiving.com/
You just set up your own page, and then you can link it to everywhere possible.
For got to say, this site does all of the gift aid steps for you, so you should be able to set it up so that the charity gets the tax back on the donations from private individuals.
Ive looked into the justgiving site, but i cant use it as i am splitting all donations between 2 causes and one of them isnt a charity so instead i will set up a new paypal account and run online donations through that and just pay the fees myself.
You might get a better deal collecting funds through justgiving It will cost less in fees if you can raise a fair sum rather than taking the hit on every donation received.
