going from a charity to a charitable limited company

I'd suggest going to see your local oganisation that supports social/community enteprises as they give free guidance on this and may support or subsidise the transition (ours does).

It depends largely on your resources and experience.

The last set-up I really got involved with, the limited company was just the trading arm. There are various arrangements. Definate Mem & Arts are specific.

Why the change?
