Have been in email contact with Andy and have agreed to provide him 1000 items that will also be used as raffle tickets
the printing is currrently only on the front and as such the whole of the rear is up for grabs
i would be willing to print in a sinlge colur (TBD) onto the rear at cost if anybody out there would like to support Andy in his venture and as such anbody wishing to donate to Andy the princely sum of 5p per card can have there website added to the rear of the card
The card will make a short statement along the lines of....The following businesses are supporting this Venture
So as the address is not too small I will limit this to 6 people......the artwork will be approved by all prior to print
Anybody interested in this advertising please contact Andy direct also pay him direct
Andy simply email me the web address of those wishing to take part and I will add them to the list
To sum up.....advertising on 1000 products for the sum of £50 all profits being donated directly to Andy's Charities
Regards
Pete
Good man Pete!!
As stated, everything goes to the two causes, 100% i will make sure all 1000 cards are sold (again to raise money) so you will get one thousand hand delivered adverts with your website address on them.
Just a note on this though, they will get distributed mainly in Northampton so if you are carpet fitter in scotland, or a milkman in cornwall, probably not for you! but if you do business over the interwebby, or cover this area, go for it!!
PVCPete (is that a name you want to be known by? )
sorry, i mean Pete from PVCPrinting
Both deserve medals the size of dustbin lids!!
They have both given, time, energy, skills and resources to help me, with little in the way of a return. A real selfless act from both, I'd like to extend my thanks to both of you. Its going to make a real difference to a bunch of school children and to an organisation hunting for cures to diseases that affect millions of people.
Yeah Andy,
I agree with Pete on this. You are doing a bloody good thing mate and I'm just happy I could help you out in some small way.

Just a thought, no more....
If we had the capacity to use a thread as an auction, then companies could bid for prizes put up by other companies... some could offer products - others offer a service of some kind
I am thinking here what I might do is DVD/CD sets on advertising/copywriting /website conversion/ direct marketing/video creation/ viral marketing and a mass of other similar topics- all by world class marketers
I have licenses to sell and distribute a lot of this sort of product- but all preclude me from ebay - so we could not auction them that way...these sell in the region of £400 - I would hope to get at least a few tens or a hundred they are well worht the fulll price....
so If the forum were willing to "create the auction thread" I might just be willing to put up such a prize....winner pays money direct to the cause..
I would also need to check my licenses to make sure that this is legit...cant afford to get "struck off" these licenses cost £000's
For example...one set I might consider...is a 6 audio CD course on website conversion - by a guy you have never heard of but is at the top of his game on a worlds stage - and comes recommended by Jay Conrad Levinson, with videos of such as andy jenkins or mike fortin showing how they quadruple sales on a typical website with very small changes???? How does that sound?
You had better believe this conversion stuff works! you would be amazed!!
So Just an idea..
Would there be any takers???
If A! used a thread as an auchtion
I offer prize
Others bid...
Is it a daft idea?
BTW do you know about "justgiving.com" ...that allows people to pledge by credit card as a means for colection and collecting tax?
Just a quick message to see if you have had any interest from the good people of A1 on the advertising offer?
Hope you are well chap and training is going to plan
Come on people, lets get behind this man and support him in his quest...I would be knackered cycling to the next village never mind the length of the country
Regards
Pete
