Thought I would share this Freecycle/Yahoo annoucement. Thought this the best place to put it (but could be wrong) as Freecycle is a non profit/charity:

Yahoo! is celebrating Earth Day in April - Freecycle style! For two
weeks, Yahoo! will encourage individuals to join their local Freecycle
group to give and get items for free as part of our "Free Is Good"
campaign.

As an extra incentive to participate, Yahoo! will post hundreds of
"EarthDay treasures" in randomly selected groups in participating
countries*. These unique gifts could include things like Sheryl Crow
concert tickets or a green home makeover (actual gifts are still to be
determined).

To further inspire people to join in the Freecycle fun, we're reaching
out to you to find delightful stories about things given or received
through Freecycle. For example, we recently heard about a 10-year-old
boy whoseparents found him a new bicycle on Freecycle after his was
stolen.
