This really all boils down to how much time you have to learn the knowledge required in setting up a PPC account, how much time you then have to optimise the account and how much your budget is.

Anybody can have a go at skimming the surface with a budget of say £20 a month as there's nothing substantial to lose - however, if your budget is £2,000 a month then this isn't an amount I would suggest you should learn with.

You need to remember that PPC can be one of the quickest ways to waste a lot of money if done incorrectly, and a great way to bring in money if done well.

I've written an article on starting out in PPC on another forum (UK Business Forums - do a search for 'Starting out in PPC - the basics') which gives you an idea on the steps you must go through at an absolute minimum just to set up a PPC account.

Anyway, I hope this helps and if you have any further questions get in contact.
