Default Google is getting greedy

Quote from Ali from UKBF:

Clever Google goes and messes it up again for SEO. (but has ulterior motive)
Why?
The new way in which the you don't have to log in to get preferred results means that natural results ain't that natural.
An SEO must disable the web history or else he wont get the same results as anyone else. Then again neither will the website owner.
Why?
As a website owner what is the one thing you always do? You go to your own website.
You search Google under a key word and see where you are listed and then click onto your website. (I do it)
Now under the new system Google push the websites that you visit the most up the listing. Not for everyone just you.
Why?
What is the point of a search engine that will deliver results based on visits. Surely that defeats the object.
Website (a) has every bit of information on widget.
website (b) has more visitors because it advertises widgets more.
website (b) is then listed above (a)

Might be wrong but here is my IMO the conclusion - Very clever Google is making you use adwords more. More visitors more natural result

To be honest Alvin, they've been pushing people to Adwords for ages.

Look at the fact that for many competitive terms you will find that the Number 1 slot for SEO is now actually the number 4 slot on the page (The top three are now Adwords).

There's still a big need for SEO though so I think you'll still be ok

Yes I understand that they push adwords ,but this interferes with the organic results, and could make a nonsense of natural search results.?

I got caught out this morning by it.

The search history is even case sensitive. I thought thats funny I am number one for 'My Keywords' but not 'my keywords' then realised it was cookied search history at work.

Quickly opted out of that one but I doubt that other will. Could be a right pain in the arse.

A lot of our success or failure depends on whether people use Google's UK pages to search for translation services.

I've noticed a difference during the last couple of weeks in the way Google presents its main search page.

First you get the logo and the search box. Then a after a delay of a few seconds or more you get the radio check buttons to check whether you want to use the UK pages or not. If these buttons don't appear in time then the search may have already been carried out, to give worldwide results.

Maybe because I'm knocking on a bit, I could just be imagining things or maybe it's a signal that I should be getting a new PC / better ISP. On the other hand this could be another clever Google ploy.
