I've been doing some research recently into what people pay for Adwords Management and the first amazing hurdle I have found is that there are so many different types of deals (let alone prices!).
So, I was hoping the good people here might be prepared to share if they are using someone to manage their Adwords and how they pay them. Obviously I'm would not ask how much you are paying, just interesting in the different methods that Adwords Management companies are using to charge clients and if clients are generally happy with the type of arrangement.
Here's some example's I've discovered.
1) A set amount each month
2) Payment based on time they spend looking after the account
3) A percentage of the budget
4) An amount based on clicks.
I'd be really interested to hear how people are paying and if they are happy with the arrangement.
wow - so few responses....I'm happy to kick start this thread Mike!
I offer Adwords management as one of my services and I offer a combination of point 1 and point 2.
Depending on the complexity of the account, I work out roughly how many hours are required to manage the account and then charge my clients a set monthly fee based on this. Maintenance is typically between 2-6 hours a month - priced at £45 per hour.
I'm also interested in what other other deals people have signed up to...
Hi...I will join in with Dot!...I also provide this service, and mostly its 1 or 2 or a bit of each! Mostly its in conjunction with a broader range of ecommerce, web building or business advice.
I find customers seem happy with this approach so long as I am transparent about the time spend and effort put in - and results!
