I registered a really good domain for a valuable keyword expression, and am happily moving up the rankings, now in top 10 for broad match and rising - not bad for a week- only to find a low life Using MY domain name as the DISPLAY URL for a completely different website on adwords!! -
Now this is totally against google policy, but how and where do you report this, and does the mighty G really take any notice??
Has anyone seen a "report a scumbag"...sorry I mean "report a violation" link in google?
That's the closest thing I would try as well, its quite hard to get a hold of Google sometimes. I have yet to see anyone with the guts to try something like that, good for you in reporting him sorry it happened to you though.

Their message to me...was "we are not in control of what advertisers choose to use as adverts" - we are happy to relay your message to the advertiser"
So it is now open season to abuse anyone you like with googles blessing- and seemingly, all rules on display URL are out of the window.
I presume it is because the big airlines have finally backed down on their trademark disputes with google, so google now see it as safe, to abuse anyone they like. It is decisions like this that mark the zenith and ultimate decline of all big companies - look back in five years time, and I suspect 2008 will be seen as the beginning of a slow decline for the big G
So you had better believe I will start using www.google.com as a display url.
I for one woud dearly love to see Google cut down to size, not sure its going to happen in the immediate future owing to lack of competition and the huge branding.
But certainly for your average site it would be an advantage to have the SE market spread out more evenly.
Have to agree that google's only concern now is its bank balance, hence why one see's more and more low quality search results.
They have issued a clarification to me , that they do indeed take a dim view of different display and target URLS, but they wont discuss with me what if any action they may take against other advertisers....
Oh. And they did say I could not use www.google.com as a display URL......what a surprise.
