i think a good idea is to have a thread that is dedicated to our everyday problems......then we can brainstorm ideas to solve them...........

eg : i want a product that helps me get the blinkin double duvet into its cover easily i hate that job and always end up swearing and sweating..........

Boxby - thats right about the board of directors. A1 venture. Well small slice of a cake is better than a big slice of nothing.

Pete - Certainly right about the aspects involved.

FYP - hype in the media "A1 rules" or "it's an A1 product". We will all be famous and link the success back to our main business (just a thought).

Fee - all ideas in a pot for the ideal product. Then a different thread toward who has what skills that could contribute.

Well I suggest we sort out a plan, and what we'd expect each member to contribute. Some may be able to contribute more time than others. Others may be able to chip in more cash. We need to balance it out, so that at the end of the day, everything is equal.

Then, once we have that on board, I reckon a new private forum that is exclusive to those members only can be used to discuss the plan. That will stop google & other users from seeing the ideas and knicking them

I have an idea for a product. (Actually, it's a long standing idea of my husband's - he spends a lot of time alone in his van!!)

It's a product which is in existence, but incredibly poorly marketed, it has potential sales of at least every household in the country. It can be made cheaply, and sold cheaply. And no-one, at all, would turn down the opportunity to buy it. And more importantly, it's a product, that if pitched and marketed right would be sold to several VERY big customers who would then give it away free to every household with buildings or insurance cover.

So, want to know what it is, i'm not posting it public?????

If we run it as a cooperative it will work
