I am working on a development for ourselves - very niche though.

It's been kicking around for years, and it's that same old thing about time, money and resources. It's the kind of product that needs a really big push on the marketing, not necessarily lots of money, but pitched the right way.

And also, the product thing isn't really our thing, we're more about services.

Difficult to mark who is up for it....obvious is financial input into a pot...but then that may exclude some valued members....although on the flip side finance is always required in whatever way to get anything like this off the ground

Not sure if we should base it in the forum as I do not know how secure it really is.

VPN is a possibility I guess.

Contribution I would imagine would be :
Finance = need lots of money
Knowledge and Service = need lots of time

Well, I certainly got alot of time coming by the end of the month

Finance...we would need to draw up some sort of legal thingy.....

Can you imagine the possability of PR on this....soooo many people working together in harmony over the internet to get a product to market

Sandra, have to check if the product that you refer to is patented. If so, we cannot touch it unless the newer version has a SIGNIFICANT difference.
