Product Development an A1 Venture

Just had a really wacky idea but please hear me out.

Most of us has seen dragons den and most of those ideas are related to physical products. I am sure we've all sat there and said..."thats clever, why didn't I think of that".

Well, what if, (thats a big IF) we bring our brains together (I own 2 brain cells btw) to think of something really cool that we can develop as a team. Kind of like an A1 venture.

Its very difficult for a single person to be able to bring a product idea to launch. You need so many skills ie.

1. product design, development, cad and prototyping
2. manufacture and resources
3. logistics
4. sales and marketing
5. branding
6. pitching
7. website
8. legal, patent, trademark
9. accounts and finance

With our collective knowledge and resources, I think it could be possible.

Definatly a goer from me

I agree that there are lots of various skills needed to bring the whole thing together .....many small businessess do not have all of these skills in a single package

As previously stated there is alot ot it and Kay has really only just scratched the surface with

Maybe we should make it a sticky to see what else would be required apart from the above
