    Something I would do from an seo point of view, is change your footer menu to be 'Berkshire Pit sitters' rather than just berkshire, as iwould suspect no one looking for pit sitting in Berkshire would search just berkshire...

    I know, but I would think it would be better to have the anchor text as 'Pet Sitters Berkshire' rather than just 'Berkshire'

    As just the county could mean anything to a search engine.

    Plus your links need updating in your signature on here.

    wood1e is right Nina, those areas on their own mean nothing and are pointless having as they are not a keyword.
