I have been recommended this board after one of your members bought a batch of posters through our shop.
We are a online business selling retail posters to shop outlets - example sale posters and banners, huge stock clearance, massive reductions etc suitable for any type of shop.
Looking to add more products soon but any feedback on current range and website will be greatly appreciated.

In a career which has seen a lot of twists and turns from setting up businesses all the way from serious technical multi £m contracts to service....to blue chip consultancy (love setting them up and marketing ...HATE running them )
I also owned a couple of offlicences too!!!
A well known booze franchise offlicense ( and I dont mean threshers, or the local) ...think of another name..... does £15K - £25K a week - similar size independents only do £5-7K a week. - thats over £1m turnover from a small sidestreet shop!
The reason has several parts
(a) For sure there is a good supply chain - but there is not an overwhelming buying advantage - a lot of thestuff you can get from cash and carries same or cheaper and a good many deals you can copy or improve (not all)
(b) And also this franchise is well known in some regions of the UK (it is almost unheard of in others) so it isnt just the brand that attracts.
But what really sets them apart...is the great merchandising.
The shop front display boards, ceiling hanger posters, and window posters make a dramatic display ....
If you talked to such as interbrew, to allow you to use the logos..you could offer competing merchandising materials.... and ALL of the stores that end up in a life and death fight competing would bite your hand off to get their hands on similar quality materials.
NOt only that but you could do deals with specific cash and carries ...so that they can supply anyone who uses your materials for a promotion period at for a can deal price of 8 for 5 or whatever ( ie set the deals in the posters) ...so those cash and carries and get the business, and you get free promotion and a kick back from them.
Whats more that is promotional business...so you get to supply new posters 10 or 12 times a year!!!
This is a business I considered setting up myself, and I am half interested in teaming up with you if you decide to give it a crack - or anyone else that wants to give it a crack!!!
For everyone of these franchises, there are a lotof independents who need the help to keep their market share. All of them end up trying the boards but do it in amateur ways that fail and cant compete
But competing is possible, with great materials!!! I have seen it...so you can offer a new lease of life to thousands of shops by offering them 10 -12 poster promotion packs a year....repeat custom hows that!!
And with every promotion pack....they will need hundreds of fliers for door to door drops...
and shelf hangers, and shelf cards......there is huge potential
