Hi, the biggest problem here is that your 'showcase' site fails to deliver what a user expects.
A simple example: I start at the home page and I want to see your work. I want to see what you've done for BMW, for example, so I can build up confidence in your work. So, naturally, I click the picture of the BMW design. My expectation is to go to that work in more detail. More detail means close ups, case study etc.
Instead, you take me to a page that shows me the same picture but this time doesn't allow me to find out any more. I'm looking for reassurance but the design of your site frustrates that process. That leaves me with a question: why doesn't your site anticipate that the most important thing for me is to see your work?
For an information design company (web, print, graphic) this is a serious problem because it makes you look either like you don't understand the role of user expectation in interaction design or, worse, you're not willing or able to show your work in detail.
I know that's a tough critique but it's an honest one based on my first impression as a visitor to your site - and I hope it's helpful.
I am looking at this from a design and developer point of view and have to agree with admagic.
In essence there is no reason why I should ever use your company over the thousands of others around.
I have no idea why the faces are on the left with the apostrophe in the wrong place. Probably seemed a good idea at the time.
I want to see your work. There is nothing that shows what you have done or can do. I want to see big pictures with a brief or outline of the project.
Nobody says 'click here' and especially in pink on blue!
Offers - if there aren't any, don't link to them.
The navbar at the top should be text not graphics.
In conclusion the site is cramped, flat and uses dated code.
Sorry to be negative but there's not much to be positive about.
