Just posted my intro, if anyone would like to comment on my website www.luna-flowers.co.uk I would love any help and advice you kind people can give.
There's lots more to do for the e-commerce side but we need to find a cost effective way of packaging our delicate products for delivery before offering buy online which has not been easy so far.
Most our visitors to our old website come from customers and visitors from attending local fairs and markets. I'm also collecting testimonials from past customers to upload soon.
ian, cant comment on professional aspects of the site, but from a purely customer point of view, its fantastic.....i love the flowers, Yanisa is so talented ....and ive bookmarked it for future reference.
im sure someone will be along shortly to give you some advice........
how do you package them at the moment??
ive sent my very intricate carved goose eggs all the way to australia with no breaks (so far)...

Love the logo and the photos, very very talented artist !!
Think the font doesn't quite sit well with the logo and maybe change to dark purple ? Just a thought - maybe play around with some

Well, why not send as many Christmas ecards as you like for only £5.99, save a fortune, put your company name on the message and be green at the same time

At the moment we only sell on markets/fairs, we have reams of bubble wrap coming out of our ears lol. It feels like I've searched nearly every packaging website for cardboard boxes but no luck finding any close to the size and shape we need.

I clicked on the link that says 'to learn about how the flowers are made' but it took me to the newsletter page
Thanks Sarah, I still need to write a bit of blurb about how they're made for the site but will remove that linking error. In each newsletter I thought about covering in more detail the making of a specific flower or orchid.
just looking at your website again and noticed the tiny plants you do.....these would be great for egg decorators.....the ones that you can buy at the moment are not very good quality and yours look great......
its surprisingly big business all around the world.especially in usa and australia.....maybe consider contacting some of the big names in egg decorating supplies to sell to them...........
i can give you a list of suppliers if you are interested......just a thought.....
