I'm looking for some feedback on my website if possible please.

As far as i am aware there is an image size problem, and it diesnt validate to wc3

Any help suggestions, or crude replies welcomed

Well, I love your site, very user friendly and I'm loving the banner
Easy to use and shopping basket clear, great photos - fantastic job

What I would say is that I would be hesitant to order from you as you have an 0845 number and a POBox address and having recently been stung from ordering from a website and not receiving my goods, this would put me off.

Your links of Ethical, Organic, Fairtrade and Cornish don't work.

And you testimonial page should be up top imo and something on there!!

I had a good look at your site too. Really liked it but I agree about the 0845 number and I was disappointed I couldn't find a name or addres for you (I must have missed the P.O box address?). I think it's always good to know who/where the owners of the site are.

I think your website looks very nice.

Sadly, though, I wouldn't make a purchase from you as you've triggered my suspicion chip. One of the first things I do when on a website is look to verify the company - things like geographical phone number, email address, postal address.

You've got an 0845 number, which wouldn't necessarily concern me if I could verify your geographical location by your postal address. But I couldn't find one. Your 'contact us' was just a form.

So I was not able to satisfy myself that you were a genuine business and this would make me click away from your website with an empty basket.

This is all very easy to rectify, though.

I do think that you could make much better use of the text space above the fold where you currently tell me you're a 'purveyor of the finest eco goods'. This doesn't really mean anything to me and certainly doesn't leave me wanting more. Give me a reason to stay on your site - tell me about the fabulous goodies I can order from you that I can't get anywhere else.

Do you have a web designer who can make the changes necessary to validate your site?

I've only been able to have a quick look but I hope my comments are helpful.

Hi Eco2you - a Cornish site - coolio (I'm based in porthtowan)

I actually bought some grolsh glasses like that for an xmas pressie for my dad - he loved them. I paid £14.99 for a pair at Kingsley Village but yours are quite a bit cheaper - doh!

I couldn't see any specific keywords for your site - have you researched which keywords to use.

Also - the green round images for ethical, organic, cornish etc - I thought they were buttons and tried to click them. Might be an idea to have a page for each 'button' i.e. the Cornish page could big-up Cornwall and link out to other Cornish companies. I know the tourist board have a web scheme underway at the moment where by tourist attractions, hotels etc have links to other sites. The aim is to increase the page ranks of the individual sites and increase the profile of Cornish companies.

I really like the site. It's design looks nice and appealing. What I like most is the style and design of the header. I really find it eye-catchy because of its nice concept. Its color scheme is well-coordinated too.

What I want to suggest is the change the style of the font in your footer to make it look more clean and nice. The footer has also too many links. It's better to lessen them. That's only my suggestion..

I like your design. It fits perfectly with the products. Still, the bottom of the page looks unfinished, but it will not take you too long to fix that.

nice pretty design but i think you need more text based content on the home page to tell people who what and were .. apart from that i like it

I have to echo Green Mum...nice site but the 0845 number is big turn off for me. More and more people are turning away from them....personally it gives me an impression that you don't care for your customers...apologies it that sounds harsh
