1. The design, colours, fonts are just dull. All the fonts on every page is different in everyway.
2. You have no branding e.g. logo, colour scheme.
3. The site does not have enough content
4. Images missing from the site.
5. Bad SEO (Search engine optimisation)
I am sorry to be so negative, I am not having a dig at you, i am just one of these people who thinks "If your going to do it, do it properly".
Agree with Tommy, there's no value in doing a web presence so badly. In the first place, it looks like you're not sure why its there or what you need it to do - and secondly, it just looks ropey and amateur. The impression it gives is that you cut corners - which I'm sure isn't great for your line of business.
Its no crime if you don't understand web design or online marketing - your expertise lies elsewhere. I'm sure there are lots of designers (myself included) here who would happily have a chat with the view to help you make better decisions about your online presence.
I can't comment on any technical stuff but when I do a review I do it as a browser and try to get you to see what I am seeing.
Home Page:
GREY - that is my first impression, everything looks grey which is not an enticing colour in such a dark shade so I would try to lighten that up.
If the thing on the left is your logo then your site is the same colour so of course it is going to get lost on the page.
Also is your company called aspax.co.uk? I don't think so, that should say your company name with a logo that stands out.
Top left has the company name underlined with a bullet point but is not a link. I would take that out and just have the links, the logo should state your name not a false link.
The banner picture has some white lines running through it and the bottom cloud looks as though it has been dragged across the image leaving a smudge behind. Would look much better with a clear well defined image and your logo on the left in the clear sky.
On the top of the page there seems to be some sort of link to a trade association but all I see is a blank box and a small icon. I am using FF, so that needs sorted.
The content, the very thing you tell me is a negative (ie not all our services are listed). BAD move, you have already put me off and I have only read one line. It is not what you say but the fact that it is a negative, it says to me "you probably won't find what you are looking for here".
The huge different coloured fonts are awful. The whole thing would be much better with a lighter page and black text. LOSE THE CAPITALS BECAUSE ONLINE THAT MEANS YOU ARE SHOUTING and is again a very negative signal.
The 0845 number is premium rate yes? If so people don't like them. I would move your contact details to the Contact page where people expect them to be and put the 01243 number in the banner under the logo or on the other side of the banner but prominent so people can see it.
There is no content on the page to make me want to click through and find out more. You need to entice me in with thoughts of never having dish pan hands again, getting in from work to a clean nice smelling house or coming to the office in the morning and finding my yesterday sandwhich has been removed from my desk. Tell me why I need your services and then make me want to click through to get more details of the service I am interested in.
Again at the bottom you have underlined text that isn't clickable and then say click here and highlight it - I am not an idiot I can read, if it says click here and is underlined guess what I will do?!
Welcome
No idea what that page is for, your welcome message should be on the home page, I shouldn't have to go looking for it.
Services
I would get rid of the welcome page and split your services up into domestic and business services with a page for each.
Sort the text out, nobody in their right mind is going to read that with the capitals, different sized fonts and underlines. It makes you look desperate.
The services section is set out badly and very negative, for example the plumbing section opens with:
ALTHOUGH WE ARE NOT CORGI, ACOPS OR CCN REGISTERED OUR SUB-CONTRcATED INSTALLERS ARE.
Okay so I am off to find someone who is!!
If it sets out what plumbing services you provide and then at the bottom explain that you use sub-contractors for all plumbing work, who are all Corgi ....... registered.
That is a positive rather than a negative. You keep giving me reasons to go elsewhere and not trust you.
I shall stop there as I think you get my point, your content needs a LOT of work, it needs to be set out in a logical way explaining your services in a positive manner.
Just look at the bathroom section it says nothing at all, just give you a call, that is just a cheap one line ad I could find in my paper but gives me no information.
Your about us page is dreadful, it has told me nothing about you and just says which areas you work. It says you are experienced but gives no indication what in or any testimonials or qualifications.
There is nothing that makes me want to stay on your site and nothing that makes me trust you or would want to call you.
Sorry but that is what I see.

I agreed with the other members. The site really needs some more improvement on its design. And also work out on its content because it really looks empty. Just add some more information with regards to your services to make your site worth visiting with.
