If the grant size had been halved it would of gone from £7,500 to £3,750 not £7,500 to £2,500

if you re read it, it says

well actually I read it the same as the others because the preceding parahgraph states the grant has been halved....and then goes on to say it has been cut from 7.5 to 2.5 which makes the statement about being halved quite confusing!
