After a quick look at your homepage, I went straight to your contact page to find out more about you. PO Box number and non-geographical phone number - guaranteed to make me click away and find another company.

When I look at it it's all on the left hand side of my screen with a great big white space on the right (I'm using firefox).

Hi, I am in firefox two I dont see that been an issue

But I could add some bits to break it down if you feel its a good idea

I think it would fine if it was in the middle it just looks odd to me being on one side.

Layout isn't quite right and you have a welcome area below the fold.

There seems to be too much emphasis on who you are (ie About Us) rather than promoting and selling the products on the page, and an About Us page as well.

I also agree about the PO box.

Judging by the repetetive use of the words 'Corporarte Gifts' (beyond keyword density) this seems to have been added in un-naturally and thus appears a bit spammy to me, as do all those links at the bottom.

The links are quick links to pages in our website. A lot of companies do this.
