Improving our website - let us know your thoughts..

Good Morning everyone!

We are currently updating our website and are just deciding what we would like to improve. We have not added costing to our site but feel this may be beneficial to us.

It would be helpful to get some feedback.

My starter for 10.

Opened the page and saw a nice soothing site, then tried to read the text, it is very small and because the boxes on the right stand out so well I was squinting at the light grey text but my eyes kept being drawn to the boxes on the right (does that make sense?).

You say you are proud of your blue chip customers but I don't see any of them on the testimonials page - not that it would put me off as I would get a free trial. Just think it would be good if you had a big recognisable name on there.

The lite edition is £250 + VAt per seat - what is a seat? Does it mean user/computer/office? Not a term I am used to and so others may not be too.

If you go to the light page and look at the 2 boxes on the right, the download one is very hard to read due to text size but the one underneath is clear and easy to read. It also looks odd with different font sizes.

Other than the font size issue (and considering you are called Clarity to me it is a big issue) I think it is clean, easy to navigate and well written.

Just my 2p worth

Ah right so it is that site; well agree with Sally's comments and especially the light grey text as it was hard to read and yes, I thought the same about the word 'Clarity'. I also wasn't immediately sure what your Clarity software product is. I saw the intro saying it saves me time and money etc but if I cant tell within 5-10 seconds what the product actually is, I cant be bothered to read any more and Im off and especially, again, as its called Clarity.

Hi Ladies

Thank you for your comments. I have taken a note and passed them your views onto our designer. We have lots of ideas of things that we belive we could change but it is good to get feedback from others.
