There's a virtual skip somewhere..... lol how bad did you want it?
Only kidding mate, yes it could do with improving but I don't do full web reviews so I will let some of our hardened seasoned reviewers do their job....
I always feel a little uneasy naming a website as somebody's name - I take it you are Shaun Rigsby? It gives no idea what the site is for - to sell computers and extras it appears. I would have chosen a name that put it in that market area: Shaun Rigby's Computer Shop would have been better. But please use a more professional looking title banner.
Ok Shaun are you ready for this? I do website reviews based purely on being a potential customer, so I just tell you what I see as I see it and it's over to you to think of ways to improve what I am seeing.
Sorry but that banner put me off straight away. There is nothing interesting and just a name plonked on it, looks totally unprofessional.
Under the banner you have gone for the web2 bar, which is nice and modern but just has a blank search box, it doesn't even tell me it's a search box.
I suggest you use that space (banner and bar) to communicate with me, want me to look further into your site.
I would add something to the name, Shaun Rigby ..... what? Sex toys, pet food, alligator wrestler? Rmeber you have just a couple of seconds to get my attention and you didn't because I don't know what you do.
No problems with the left hand buttons but they are a little bland for my liking, I prefer the ones on the right, they look more dynamic.
The animated gif at the top is nice but you are wasting so much space, again this is where you need to get my attention and white space doesn't do that. I would move it over, have 2 seperate boxes so they stand out and put somthing in about deliver or another offer or whatever ... get me looking without having to scroll down.
Some of the images look blurred and wonky (eg the digital camera and the photo frame. You need to sort them out so they look clear and professional.
I like the £249 button but you have gone overboard with the stroke on the text and even more so on "the new economy range" text underneath, makes it very hard to read.
The more information pages are fine but when I add components the overall price doesn't change, that means I have to get a calculator out or just press add to trolley and see how much it comes it ... then if it's too expensive I have to go back and jiggle. Would be better if it would recalculate the price on the options I have chosen.
Don't know what is happening to the gadgets page but the images are taking too long to load (although I do have a slow connection so ask others to check this).
You have some nice products but the images aren't doing them any favours and they don't go bigger, I want to see the product.
Scanners and Printers - clicked here and wondered where the printers were ... then found the link and then saw the small links to inkjet and multi-function. These links need to be obvious, bigger, brighter .. don't make me go looking for things or I will get bored.
There is no shipping and returns policy (there is a link hidden at the bottom but it's a blank page). Oh lose the little clipart guy on the right looks very unprofessional.
Your privacy notice simply isn't enough to build confidence, that needs to be expanded. For some reason you have 2 links at the bottom for Privacy notice.
I would want to see the shipping and returns info and about us links on the navigation bar at the top, these are important to me.
Overall not a bad looking site but could do with a bit of colour, the photo's sorted out, needs to be more enticing and MUST have your contact details. At the moment you are a total mystery to me and once you get my money and I don't get my product I will be stuck!! (that's the feeling I get from the site), it needs to connect with me, have an about us page with photo's (I don't care if it's the delivery van driver or add job man, as long as I can see there are people at the other end - people that put photo's on aren't trying to hide, it's a trust issue) so I am connecting with a human, have a number I know I can contact you on, tell me what part of the country you are based in.
