i want to re - buff my website. - i'm not allowed to put my site in here so if you googled 'new reality ltd' its the top answer :
New Reality: Creative video production & photography
i'd appreciate it if you went through my website and mentioned:
what is it missing?
did anything confuse you?
what did you not like about the design of it?
if you were looking to buy something from me what would you look for? (was it there)
what did you think was good that there should be more of?
should it be simpler?
or anything else you"d like to add.
i'd appreciate it (constructive criticism anyway not hate mail! ha)

my feelings are prepared for a beating.
Hi
Could not get in for the last hour to review for you sire, so will try tomorrow...
Not a fan of the layout of black with white bordering and while I won't go quite as far as Alvin, I think the pictures need some work.
However beyond the cosmetics, what really hit me was the need to break down your customers into groups more precisely and I wonder if that is achievable from one site or without some kind of walling.
What I am getting at is...at the budget end of what you do, you offer portraits at under £100, the perspective customer for that will flick around and see you offering services for 2 or 3K and will feel either that they are missing hidden costs or that they will be pretty insignificant and receive a service that reflects that. At the upper end, they will feel you are not a specialist in your field and perhaps look elsewhere.
Basically you are trying to touch too many bases with one brand and confusing everyone. I would suggest either:
a/. Create a separate site for corporate
b/. Remove all visible pricing
c/. Split the site more clearly to appeal to the different markets
