Totally agree with Indizine, the heart of a directory is the ability to search it! Id also be careful as to me, the ads on the homepage are getting in the way of the directory itself, I realise you maybe dont want the ads below the fold so i would consider moving them to the side as skyscrapers.

By ads do you mean the banners?
That's another part of the directory - ie "UK Based Agencies operating at a national level"
