My Forum was "loaded up" last night! But i need some advice/response in how to make it "appeal" to others, there are so many about, but very few get the "A1" fame.
I would like to change the template that is there and get it all swinging all dancing, so feedback is really required on how to do this please.
Not that i want to "force" new members, but we are going to include a rotating banner, so when people hit 20 posts we can give them something back, but saying that, i do want "quality posts" rather than quantity. Not a bad carrott to dangle but it could backfire i suppose!
If you have any feedback or suggestions, please let me know,
Thank You
Steve
Hi Steve, will take another look when I have more time, but just quickly "wether" needs an 'h' in your 'Trade' section. In your intro section "if your in a Trade" needs an "are" on it and just something that niggles me.. your capitalisation is rather random.
Sure I will have more, but I have to dash now!

Just had a quick look around your site & i think it's fantastic! It's very easy to use & navigate with crisp & clean lines & everything seems to work as it should....Well done!
You are caught in a chicken and egg situation, as inevitably all Web 2.0 sites are - you need users for it to be worthwhile, but it needs to be worthwhile to get users. Have you any plans afoot to get the user numbers up quickly so there is something to come back for?
I wish you well as it's a tough cycle to break. Luckily, we are up to nearly 500 members on our lead and referral website after a couple of months in test. We now have some tools for inviting contacts to join you on our site, which will be pivotal in growing the member base -- each new members brings some others. Otherwise you have to win over each member in turn. I wonder if you can incorporate the same in your site?
