I don't know if you can remove it, but having "Website by Cheapwebpresence" gives the distinct impression you couldn't afford to have the site done properly and would give me second thoughts about entering my CC details.

Hi there,

I would like to see a landline number on the website or maybe an 0800 number they are free to have and only cost a few pence a call! As lots of people wont ring mobiles or 0845 / 0870 either.

put some real images instead of a sketch one.

Just out of interest, how much did you pay for the site?

It looks like a very basic site, could do with some more colour added into it, or maybe a nice header to make it look more alive instead of just the text background.

FF1 - I would shrink the full width banner at the top to match the width of the main content section which of itself could go a bit wider to be comfortably viewable on a 1024 pixel width monitor. I think the main distraction to me is see so much of that wallpaper like background with the text on it. Just go for a plain light grey background and keep it simple and that would give more focus to your content.

Agree with the other members have said, the text in the content is quite big. Better to reduce that because you have given over emphasis for your content.
