Blue and yellow always reminds me of marbles..not totally sure why!

Could not find any address details for you, which I think is off putting, your side menu text is too small, too long and not presented as well as it could be. Seen worse, but might want to think about reducing the quantity and the number of times you say "promotional"...looks like you have written out lines!

I think you need to be a lot clearer on your home page about what you do...Do you print, etch, design? How do you do it? Who do you do it for? Why do you do it? Are you price or quality led?

The site appears to have no meta discription, keywords and very little SEO of any description. Are you selling anything online yet?

I don't know if the net has a problem but it took
so long before it loads your page. But anyway
the thing that caught my interest was the color you
used blue and yellow is a good combination.
No blank spaces. I like the totality of it. great site

The reason the word promotional is there before every word is due to the web developers being slow to SEO the site so we were told that would help in the short term, but I kind of like it but it the % over rules I shall think about removing the word 'promotional'.

Also great to hear your comments regarding no meta discription, keywords and very little SEO as I have been really getting on to my web developers to pull their finger out but they still dont seem to have done it!

But saying that our SERPs have improved massively and we are now on page 3/4 for alot of our keywords such as promotional gifts, promotional pens, promotional mugs.......

I will get back onto my web guys and tell them I am still not happy!

Overall I like the site, but:

The Newsletter Signup box is a bit intrusive on every single page.

It is too difficult to find out what delivery will cost, and how long it will take.
