Overall the site looks fairly ok mate, the orange is a bit bright imho but might just be the way my screen is tilted. Ideally perhaps you could center the page, looks a bit lost in widescreen. Homepage needs work doing to your meta description and keywords. Listing keywords like that in your meta description will do you no favours with Google. Need to write it in human sentence format (if that makes sense?) and the keywords could do with being more descriptive..words like "run", "healthy" are almost meaningless as they could cover so much else aside from what you do and far too competitive on their own.

I would be inclined to change the line "Healthy employees are more productive than chronically ill employees." aside from stating the obvious, it perhaps loses the clarity that your services could benefit everyone...not just those that are very ill?

I agree with the above. The site sits to the right of the screen and I find the left hand list rather difficult to read against the orange.

It's not that bad I think. But the sidebar seems to small, esp. because there's lots of space to fill. Also, don't forget the favicon.
