I have been running www.salesandmarketingforums.co.uk for quite a while now and feel that it needs a revamp.

I particularily dont like the Events and the News part as it never really gets used so I am thinking of putting something else in its place. What would your suggestions be

Please be blunt I would rather honest and blunt as it will paint a clear picture for me

A sales and marketing jobs section would be good. it would also bring people back into the site regularly to check out new postings. Maybe combine it with a "Salary Checker" or something.

There are always loads of posts on this and other forums about people looking for telemarketers, telesales, commisssion only sales people, so you could give these people to advertise their "wants" all in one central (and very relevant) place.

In Firefox the "Sign Up" box on the right is cut short as is the "invite friends" one on the right....apart from that it is looking good

Nice flash animation at the front. But overall I think that the design is too colorful. Banners on the left side are killing. Anyway, with some adjustments and more content the site can grow.
