I think the first link looks miles better in the fact its clean, neutral colour scheme, crisp photos, no pixelation on the text (the sheffield site, the main logo that says 'sheffield cleaning pro' looks really bad, you can see it has a grey background, not black and the text is totally pixelated) and in general looks 100x more professional. Just my opinion, I wouldn't be at all tempted to use the sheffield cleaning pro one. Hope this helps

just from a page point of view, the sheffieldcleaning page looks to me like a page showing the service with no salesy pitch, honestcarpetcare looks to me like someone using too much sales hype. Sounds silly doesn't it, but whilst one looks better and more professional, the other one just looks more "honest".
That said don't underestimate the effect of regionalising the offering too - having sheffield in the name and graphic will undoubtedly generate more sheffield interest
Both looks OK for me. But what is the point to have a two sites? Anyway, I like sheffieldcleaning more, I guess that this one should perform better because name, which is easy to remember, as wall as because of design.
