I think the site looks clean and is simple to navigate. Good job.

A couple of things I wonder about:

1. I don't know whether or not the red behind the highlighted button has a pattern in it, but it looks a bit messy. It could just be that the jpeg images used have been saved at too low a compression percentage and are breaking up. If it is that - and it looks like it - I would save the images with less compression then they will look cleaner.
2. I wonder if it would be better to use the large space in the banner to show different statements other than "A professional and efficient transcription solution for your business" on every page. Those spaces provide additional opportunities to say something more about you or your service etc.

Thanks Peter, I had no idea why they looked so weird and grainy so thank you very much for that, going to sort that out asap! Also, point 2 is a good one, I had it like that on the old website and I don't know why I changed it...!!

hello there .. i think the design is pretty cool but it looks very free template based ... I notce that there is a shed load of javascript at the top so this tells me you made the design in fireworks that imported it into dreamweaver .. you really should have just amde a CSS based design and you could have cut out 95% of the code qand kept the good content in a better order .. also you could have made the buttons at the top text based so the search engines would know what they are for.. its a good clean design in the browser but i would say the search engines wont like it much.. your site needs an SEO makeover .. Thanks everyone, I've taken some points on board and have improved the quality of my navigation buttons and used quotes in the grey box, much better!
