the layout is good, the colours are good however the fonts dont look right. choose a font and stick with it instead of using various ones.
the images don't line up correctly and although they are both 200x90, one has been scaled to an odd shape.
the text isn't lined up correctly, make it read from left to right in a good size collum.
also the text next to the image on the right overlaps the white backgroud.
the tabs should be kept in order, they keep jumping about and this can be confusing. keep home far left all the time regardless of what page you're on.

I like the colour scheme , nice and relaxing but also don't like the fonts, just a simple san serif font would do I think. Also the text being squidged into tiny columns on each oage looks a bit strange.
Also a better explanation of what the site is on the home page might be useful

The design of the header looks nice and eye-catchy. I also like its color scheme. But I think you need to add more content on your site so that you can provide your visitors with more detailed information.

like the design, easy and effective. Don't like the navigation though, bit messy.

For me it is too colorful. Maybe you need to add up more content.
