New look, new adverts....

I think it maybe a bit too much, but i have changed the colours on my forum, i have also added a banner ad to appear on every post, but is it too much??

I have also split everything up, so its not just "one board" so to speak, with everything in its own section if that makes sense!

Alibaba.com are coming on board too, with some adverts and "online trading" advice, with quick links to their site (they want a link on every post like i mentioned regarding the banner on every post). They have over 4.4million users, so i need to make sure my site is looking as good as it can be at the moment. Cosmetic changes are all i can do at themoment, as i can do all this myself, cost free!!

As this is one of the "better" forums, where you actually get questions answered i though i would ask here first-and last!!

I have removed the adverts, as i have been told numerous times they looked rather naff!

I have included a few offers to members and a "website/forum" of the month competition too,

Any other suggestions?
