Cool Review for Rhino King

Hi,

I would appreciate comments on my RhinoPRO website -

http://www.rhinopro.co.uk

All comments and suggestions are welcome, including design/content/seo/copy/layout etc. Comments on the home page in particular would be great as it currently looks pretty lame!

It's a fairly small site consisting besically of labels and label printers. Here is an example of a printer product page -

http://www.rhinopro.co.uk/RhinoPRO-6000.html

and an example of a label product page -

http://www.rhinopro.co.uk/S0773850-2...abel-Tape.html

All other product pages are based on these, so if you've seen these you've pretty much seen everything.

(oh, and I know I need delivery information - I seem to have lost the delivery button during an upgrade, but I'm working on that! )

Oh I like it, nice and easy to navigate Just a few things:
  • catalog should be catalogue?
  • About us page is good but think it's a bad move not having a telephone number on there. I wouldn't order full stop.
  • Could you not have a link for the email - seems a lot better and easier for customers
Love Fuzzy

Is that because you'd want to phone your order through? Or ask pre-sales questions? or just a trust thing? That was a business desicion we took a while ago for all our sites. We realise we may lose a few customers that way, but it was just too expensive and too disruptive to run a phone service - and don't even get me started on cold calling sales people phoning the order line

We could do that, but then it would get harvested by spambots and we would get flooded by spam, leading to legitimate emails getting lost in the clutter, and would have to keep changing the email leading to customer confusion...

Glad you like it though

Can't find the Catalog now

Well, for me it's about a trust thing in case things go wrong and also because I may want to speak to a person - a live body Ref the phone, we had a customer today who phoned up just to make sure before he placed the order. If we didn't have a phone number listed, we may well have lost that order. I think it's vital - honest. Why not put up a poll and ask members ?

How about a 'live chat' facility...?

That would be better than nothing, but sometimes people just want to hear a voice on the end of the phone
