new simple site

nice, i like it.
the only things I would change are 1: the red text. not good to read IMHO 2: the button see the band play live. caught me out, thought I was gonna see some dates. Maybe change the text to see a live vid now or similar? well done tho matey,

hi and thanks for the comments, the live chat has now been removed and replaced with something different.
with regard to the video file it is a AVI file that may be a codec thingy, will look at converting it into a more user friendly file format. thanks for the comments

Sometimes simple is good, a little can go a long way. I'm not to sure about the red either, maybe a slightly brighter color would make a different but its a little hard on my eyes.

I was also caught out by the see the band play live, I was expecting dates and venues too. Maybe you could reword that to say Video of the Band playing live. (Or something like that) I would also suggest perhaps a band profile page with photos and a brief description of each member.

As a start page it is OK, it got my attention. But where is the content? Put more material, songs, photos, biographies, ... I think when it grows it will be fine.
