One thing I would recommend doing something about is optimising the left-hand banner image. At 193k, even on a Broadband connection, that is a real crippler to the page load time. Otherwise, it is a nice clean looking site.
I am a newbie at this website malarcky. Will need to get my head round it a bit, however as long as it sells a few stickers then I will be happy.

That's OK.
The simplest way to reduce its size will be to save the banner graphic with a higher JPEG compression ratio / lower quality setting. Assuming you created the graphic, then in whatever tool you made it in that should give you the option to adjust the compression ratio.
For example, if using Photoshop saving it with a JPEG Medium setting (60% quality) should be OK. You should be able to save it at about half its current size without losing any visible quality.
You've missed some SEO basics, I'd sort that.
No compelling call to action, ironic when you think what you sell - stickers - as these are often attention grabbing calls to action.
Nice design. But I'd want to see some prices, details of individual labels and a way of buying online. I would think the wider world would be unlikely to phone you - after all they've found you on the net and would probably want to order that way.

I would say that each individual has their own ideas. There is a contact form to ask for details and to put down in writing your sepcification or requirements.
I dont really have a standard price list because I have very little stock. Most labels are done to order so there are too many variants. Material (paper, vinyl, polyester, polyprop), does it need to be waterproof, is it to be tamper proof....the size of the label. We have over 2000 cutting tools in stock in a wide array of sizes, shapes etc.
How many printed colours? One, two, is it full colour process? Are they just blank?
Are the labels supplied on rolls...on sheets....individually cut???
Is there to be company logos on the label?
As you can see, all this can chop and change a price and obviously the more you order, the better unit price you will get. I have recently done a job for ONE label. Cost the customer a fortune but he paid it.
More realistic quantities are 1000, 2000, 5000, 10000 etc.
Sorry I must be boring you all by now. lol.
