Which homepage is the most tempting?
We'd like to increase sign up rates for casual visitors and are about to test a new homepage to see if it does a better job of tempting new users to sign up.
So with that in mind which do you prefer? http://www.wecando.biz/index.php (current) or http://www.wecando.biz/newindex.php (new)? Thanks all! IH

Hi Ian
I have to say I prefer the current one. I like the Connect/Find/Endorse - you can see what it's about at a glance. The new one takes a lot more reading. Though saying that ... the 'Start networking now. Join here for FREE' on the new one is very persuasive. Cheers, Emily

I think the new one is much cleaner and easier to read
The old one has too much of the same colour on it

The new one for me. As you say it says what you do.
My only negative would be that the white out of blue text is not easy to read on a higher resolution monitor. I'm not sure what the answer would be though for that as I appreciate that green/blue is your colour scheme. Peter

Preferring the old one myself... bit more consistent and holds my attention a touch longer.
I suppose it just needs to also say "WeCanDo.BIZ -- The online social network for sales leads and business referrals" which it doesn't do.

This is all great feedback. Can I also ask the, of what you read on either, what stands out more as the compelling reason to go further? And on either page what would you click first?
