You need to put some energy into your SEO. Joomla can be easily made search engine friendly so no excuses
 On a 1024 screen your calls to action are below the fold. I think your strap is weak - don't make your visitors think! About Us, Our team etc - it's all me me me What's in it for your users? Talk to them Hope this helps. d

Sorry for the late reply. Thanks for the feedback. We have just had another redesign as we have launched our new membership scheme. We are currently working on the SEO, any advice would be great.

The drop down menus are awful on my ancient browser ( IE6) and don't you need an indication of what the site is all about on your home page instead of pretty pictures?

I think it has potential but just a few points
- Maybe a different background colour - I would have some text on the homepage as a minimum about exactly what the site is about - The pop menus don't work properly on my IE7? Hope this helps. Best of luck with it!

Agree with the above comments. It's quite really confusing where would I go upon seeing your site with having a flash design and images.
The drop down menu looks okay in Firefox but in IE, it doesn't work properly. I can't click or point their subcategories. Hope you work on that. But on the positive side. I like the design of your site. It looks nice.

I really like the overall design but have to agree with the others, the home page could do with a rethink.

Totally from a superficial girly point of view - I really like it! I thought it was really striking when I first went onto the home page. The damask type pattern in the background is lovely and I think the black and white, elegant feel of it suits the business.

Thanks for all the input guys. We've had a lot of feedback from clients, 90% love it. No complaints regarding the site being confusing and traffic analysis has shown that visitors are navigating easily. Not sure about the comments saying it's not clear what we are about. No one else seems to have that problem.
We are keeping the homepage as it is but are looking into the ie issue. so thanks for letting us know
