Shoemoney does a radio show which is about making money on the internet. Its got some SEO in as well as PPC and internet marketing techniques. I listened to one where he interviews Aaron Wall. I liked.

I think an SEO podcast, is an online video showing / explaining SEO techniques, rather than having to read about them.

It can be audio or video, but the classic podcast (in reference to the ipod) is a MP3 audio file.

I would try and find something closer to what you have in mind, although I'm not allowed to post links. Try a search engine I would suggest.
