Oh Wood1e, you get out of bed on the wrong side this morning?
Amazing - think you need to expand your question further if you want a response.

Websites don't have Pagerank, pages do. Ours is a film starring Brad Pitt and Morgan Freeman

Not so much get out the wrong side of bed, just fed up with daft questions, which are possibly just posting, by some 'SEO Expert'!!!

It is like walking from my broken down car, going to a garage and telling the car mechanic that my car has broken down....then just walking away!!!

Now even if I had no knowledage of my or any car, I would be able to tell them what happened...and where it is at least!!!

    Rant over

I can see what is coming....

"I have a way of increasing it for you. I am an expert in this field so PM me..."

    Or am I wrong?

To answer your question. Nowt, my WEBSITE does not have a PR...However, I am sure my WEBSITE PAGES DO. But I cannot be bothered to look as they carry no value to my business or its direction.

What purpose do this question serve? An explanation would be useful. You can find mine by using a pagerank tool and going to my website.

LOL classic. PR is a load of meaningless tosh. Just look in any SERP and see how PR has no correlation to how a page ranks.

I'd suggest PR is misunderstood rather then being tosh. Relevance is what seems to confuse people where PR is concerned.

It's like expecting an Oxford don who specialises in maths to lecture on midwifery. The don is an authority on maths but knows nothing of delivering babies. The don is respected and admired in the field of maths but not so much in the delivery room.

If academic prowess were given points the don might receive 10/10. But in a debate about nappy rash the lowly midwife with an academic prowess of 2/10 would be the authority.

That's why you see PR 5 pages being trounced by PR 2 pages. The PR 2 page is simply more relevant despite the PR 5 page being a page with more overall respect.

of course the relevance is measured not only by the content but the links, and the relevance of those links. It's a complex measurement.

I even managed to confuse myself there

I disagree RedEvo, I think its a load of old tosh, and so do a lot of other people, including Google now....
