Answer:

Search and include the phrase forum along with the types of forum that you are looking for i.e. "SEO forum"

If the forum looks professional post and there should be no issue unless you Spam the forum (which could get you banned... from the forum that is)

First you should know which keyword is suit for your site then search it on google, i think you can find more .
