    There has been a lot of talk about Class-C IP's and how google treats them.

    Matt Cutts has said it doesn't matter in one of his videos. There's a post on his blog that seems to back this up.

    I'd appreciate being proved wrong however!

    In regards to the domain issue, You are better off doing a blog for each domain if you can, and have the time to do so.
