Its an authority (high relevence, strong backlinks, aged domain etc) site, with an active adwords campaign in place if I remember correctly.

Not sure where the search box comes from may be given to sites that have google search on them.?
Interesting thing about site links is that where as one's site useually only gets 1 mention in the SERP's With sitemaps we get 3 seperate listings.? Alvin
